I had a back neck and shoulder massage and found the whole experience pure bliss! Tasmin ensured the pressure used was just perfect for me and the added bonus was a mini facial! I will be booking Tasmin on a regular basis and can highly recommend her!👌 😀

Grace was recommended by a friend and my first ever sports massage. I was somewhat nervous but Grace is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable and conducted a very comprehensive assessment prior to treatment. The massage itself was excellent and I came away with lots of useful tips to assist going forward. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely one of the best massages I’ve ever had today. My shoulders and neck were very tense but by the end felt completely light and relaxed, like all the knots had melted away. Kara tailored the massage perfectly combining it with hot stones. My facial and head massage was unlike anything I’ve experienced. So soothing and knot releasing The oils products smelled divine . I highly recommend Kara to anyone who is looking for a truly exceptional massage experience . Kara is warm,kind,professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I walked out feeling refreshed and renewed.

Amazing massage! After a comprehensive consultation and assessment of my posture & tension, Grace carried out a targeted treatment to address the muscle imbalances which are causing my aches. She explained that it will take time to rectify, and gave advice on exercise and lifestyle to help. Targeted massage like this is not exactly relaxing, but you know you're going to be in better shape afterwards! Thank you Grace, I can't wait for my next appointment.

Totally what I needed and it surpassed my expectations. Grace’s thoughtful, considered approach made me feel I was in great hands with a lot of expertise. Grace guided me through the sports massage, answering my questions and giving me the whys and benefits behind each area worked on. I came away with knowledge of areas to work on too. Looking forward to another session! 10/10.
