I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Lucy Was so calm during the massage and made me feel really relaxed. The bed was warmed which was a lovely feel also adding to the relaxing feeling. The massage Lucy gave me was wonderful. I was sorry when it finished.

Thank you so much for the most wonderful relaxing time. I have had a lot of massages in the past but this was the best one I've had. Every muscle group was worked with each spot being hit. Another Incredible sculpted facial with Charlotte. It really is like nothing else you will get anywhere else. Relaxing yet powerful massage that finds every muscle in your face and Charlotte is amazing at releasing all the tension in each tiny one. My face feels and looks totally different afterwards - relaxed and lifted - the next day even better! Thanks again Charlotte!

First time coming to the treatment rooms. A lovely baby shower gift from friends for a pregnancy massage. It was the most gorgeous gift and treat, Vicky was amazing. Very relaxing and lovely atmosphere and Vicky made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Will definitely be returning. Xx

Always a lovely, relaxed place to visit. This time I sampled the outdoor, garden all over body massage. Although it was a bit breezy, I was as good arm enough with the towels, and the massage, by Vicky was excellent. After, I was offered tea and water, relaxing by the koi pond. Highly recommended.

As always, and with all her treatments, Sarah did a great job with my back, neck and shoulder massage and additional facial - accompanied by a lovely arm massage. Always very professional, Sarah remains approachable, friendly and caring. I left floating on air, and as relaxed and pampered as it's possible to be without going on holiday! I really enjoyed my ear candle session with Sarah today. Sarah was welcoming and explained what she was going to do. Whilst the candle was burning she did a gentle lymphatic drainage massage around the ear, neck and head. After, Sarah gave a lovely face massage before leaving me to relax! The treatment room was clean, warm and totally relaxing. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

A relaxing facial that involves many layers of steaming, creams and potions. All smell heavenly and nothing sets off any sensitivities on my skin. The couch/bed is beautifully warmed to lie on and I am swathed in fluffy towels and blankets. My skin feels moisturised and plumped when I leave and this remains with me all week. I am also very relaxed indeed as a mini shoulder, arm and head massage is in with the package too. Do I have less wrinkles? Probably, but I'm too short sighted to see and too old to worry. My face feels great. Sarah is professional, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Needed some relaxing,pampering therapy so went to see Sarah at Beauty room. I had a relaxing back massage and an Indian head massage. I have never felt so relaxed. Such a wonderful treatment, it was everything I expected and more. I cant wait for the next treatment. Highly recommend the beauty room

I hadn't had a 90 minute massage for a very long time and it was long overdue. Sarah did not disappoint. Her calming and welcoming treatment room was warm and cosy, from the heated blanket to the heated eye mask. She worked her magic with her hot lava shells and sweet scented oils on my tired and stressed body and I left feeling completely relaxed and chill. Will definitely return again for more.
