First time coming to the treatment rooms. A lovely baby shower gift from friends for a pregnancy massage. It was the most gorgeous gift and treat, Vicky was amazing. Very relaxing and lovely atmosphere and Vicky made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Will definitely be returning. Xx

Experiencing anxiety for the first time (going through the menopause) I had a visit with Kirstie and explained exactly how I was feeling, including lack of sleep. Two nights in a row after the session I have had a better nights sleep and feeling more relaxed. Reflexology is much more than a foot massage, it’s for body, mind and wellbeing. When home I try to get a massage once a month. I wasn’t sure what to expect being used to my massage therapist at home. I was exceptionally pleased with the comfort of the room and my massage was wonderful. Next time I’m in Hastings I will visit again.
