Only my second laser treatment but can see a difference in the hair growth. Not painful and as an older lady don’t feel embarrassed. I have full body done. It’s a beautiful salon in Harrogate and 100% recommend the treatment. Emily is also very knowledgeable about aches and pains and advises the best treatment.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few Thai massages. What sets Urai apart is her ability to read your body, knowing exactly when to apply deeper pressure and when a gentler touch is needed. I arrived feeling quite unwell, with significant tension in my neck and back that was even making me feel sick. By the time I left, I felt far more relaxed and noticed an immediate improvement. Urai also understood that a very deep massage wouldn’t have helped in my case and could have made things worse rather than better.

Just had a therapy massage at MBDC Sports and it was exactly what I needed. Miles was professional, attentive, and worked with great technique. I had some general tension and left feeling refreshed and much more relaxed. 💪🏻Highly recommend.

What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

I had an incredible massage experience today and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfectly set up to help me relax. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand where I was holding tension. I would highly recommend this therapist to anyone looking for sports massage 💪

I had a wonderful experience at the head spa, the attention to detail was amazing, the location is fabulous, on arrival i was offered herbal tea, whilst having a foot soak with rose petals to totally relax me before the treatment started. The headspa was wonderful, so relaxing i totally drifted off, my hair & scalp felt amazing after, having suffered with a dry/flaky scalp for the last few months I feel its cured! The therapist Sandra was fab ,so welcoming & great at what she does, she has magical hands☺️, would highly recommend x

Miles was approachable, knowledgable and welcoming to the appointment. Even though it was extremely warm he accommodated the room perfectly. I felt completely relaxed with a lot less tensions after my massage and cupping. He knew I was a little anxious about the cupping but took things really slowly. I have also received follow up advice and stretches which I will be using until my next appointment. Thanks Miles!
