I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

Laila is amazing! I went her for my nails and brows and I’m in love. I have really short nails from biting them and laila’s makes them look 10/10 every time I go. I’m also really picking about my brows and I have never let anyone touch them until laila did them and I will never go back. Her brows are unreal!!! I would 100000% recommend her.
