Miles was fantastic! Met for first time and he really prioritised getting to know me, my concerns and what I wanted from the treatment. He is energetic, super informative and caring. Had a superb back and leg massage that totally left me on cloud 9. I’ll be booking again next month for massage and cupping therapy next!

Went in not with very little knowledge about my aches and pains, straight away Miles noticed things I didn’t realise and explained it to me. He is highly knowledgable and relates everything and explains it all, I highly recommend him to anyone, even if you don’t feel like you need it!

Miles has really helped me out with my mobility and recovery for an up and coming race. He’s incredibly knowledgeable in his field and a true professional. If you’re unsure about having a massage and cupping I would just recommend going for it! 10/10 thanks so much again mate!!
