I had a lovely first experience at The Reset Lounge! The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere and Devina is warm and professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I had my first microneedling appointment with Devina today and I'm really happy with the whole experience. She was friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything before starting, which made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was much more comfortable than I expected and I felt like I was in good hands throughout.
