I’m from NYC and I wasn’t able to pay her after my hair done due technical difficulties with my phone and I left all my cash at the hotel smh, she allow and trusted me to come back tomorrow to pay in cash for her service. Dionne is great! On time, gentle with my hair, knowledgeable about hair care, and a good stylist. She did all the things I've asked of other stylists and just was not getting. Already booked my next appt and would highly recommend her. Salon is clean and comfortable and getting there was easy.

Lana is the quintessential "old school stylist." Her skills and techniques are on point! She uses professional products and tools (even has Marcel irons). It’s not often that you go to a salon and your hairdresser is on time but that was not my experience at B Fierce Salon. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a pleasant smile. It was my first time having a Nanoplastia Treatment but Bernice explained every step and I couldn’t be any more happy with my results. Thank you Bernice for your due care and professionalism. I can recommend Kyna enough! She’s super disciplined and extremely knowledgeable on hair care. It’s not easy to find a hair stylist that prioritises natural hair care over styling/the finished look. Her thriving natural hair is the best example of this.
