Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

Everything went super quick and painless. I was very pleasantly surprised. I also came 20 mins early and we started early, so the appointment finished even before it should’ve even started. The location is also lovely, located in a very nice place of London. Would highly recommend!!

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

I went to KAW Lab for a facial and wood therapy treatment and I couldn’t ever go elsewhere now! It was my first time having wood therapy, Kim took me through the process and the treatment was excellent, she has magic hands - the results speak for themselves after just one session! Annie done my facial and it was such a relaxing experience! My skin was going through a bad patch but the facial left me glowing and my skin completely cleared up in the days after! Exceptional experience. Dr Lalemi was prompt, precise and made the session beautifully efficient. Despite my fear of injections, the treatment was completely comfortable thanks to his thoughtful approach. Dr Diggi was so lovely - warm and knowledgeable. We talked through my skin goals and she generated a personalised routine to elevate my skincare and product options for each step.
