My first time getting a facial and didn’t know what to expect. Ainsley exceeded all my expectations from the moment I walked in. She was welcoming, explained the entire process in detail, made sure I didn’t have any questions before starting and made me feel very comfortable. Her space is so calming and judgement free! Vanessa did the facial very well. She was very kind and gentle. This was my second visit. Since I am pregnant and some products cannot be used on my face, she adjusted and used alternative products to cover that time, which I really liked. It was a very good experience, really nice and truly appreciated.
