I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!

I had a facial booked with Stacey, I had lost my Mom the day before (not unexpected) and had almost cancelled. I didn’t and I’m so glad I went. It gave me an hour of just being able to be in my own thoughts with no outside noise just peace and tranquility. It gave me peace in that hour. It was more than a facial it was a time to reflect and take time for thoughts of my Mom. Thank you 💕

I’ve been having Biotin injections with Charlotte for the past 4 months, and they’ve made a really considerable positive difference to my hair growth. Fantastic facial today. It was incredible one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Jojo was so welcoming and went through the whole process. The products smelt amazing and I felt so relaxed during the whole treatment. I can’t wait to come back.

All I can say is that she is amazing, done my daughter’s hair and makeup for prom. Not only did she look stunning. Her hair and make-up lasted the entire night, (bearing in mind it was the hottest night of the year). She is absolutely amazing.
