Jo is absolutely amazing, she makes you feel so relaxed and welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and she really goes the extra mile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The range of treatments she offers you don’t need to.

She explained every step in detail and tailored the treatment to suit my skin’s needs. I was nervous about the treatment , as I have not had a similar one before but the practitioner put me at ease by explaining the process and was ever so eager to address all my concerns. With the kind and pleasant demeanour and exceptional practical skills, I have come out the other side a much happy person. Thank you for the kindness and the great procedure. I had an appointment today with Georgia for a massage. I feel like a new woman now! My back was very tense before but now it’s so relaxed. Georgia was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me lots of really helpful advice. Georgia was very thorough and checked on me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. I 1000% recommend no limits sports therapy!!

Nat is soo good at what she does! She is friendly, professional and passionate about what she does. I am always happy when I leave done up beauty.

Nat always does a fantastic job. I’ve been using Nat for glam make up and eyebrows now so such a long time. She most recently did my wedding make up for me and there’s no other person I would of chose to make me look and feel that amazing on my wedding day! She went above and beyond the morning of my wedding, not only for make up but for helping us with anything we needed her to do aswell as nat helping me get into my dress. Million percent recommend Nat to anyone for any beauty treatments or Glam make up! X

Very experienced in sports therapy knowing how best to treat you and also rehab programs away from the clinic. I’m now on the road to recovery for the start of the football season for August. Thank you for all the advice to aid my progress
