I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!

I absolutely recommend Christie - her massage skills are out of this world! I first encountered Christie as a midwife a few days after my daughter was born and when I heard that she offered postpartum massage I knew I would be booking one. I just absolutely love my massages with steph! From start to finish it’s just so relaxing and calming! I never want it to end! I had an appointment today with Georgia for a massage. I feel like a new woman now! My back was very tense before but now it’s so relaxed. Georgia was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me lots of really helpful advice. Georgia was very thorough and checked on me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. I 1000% recommend no limits sports therapy!!
