Jo is absolutely amazing, she makes you feel so relaxed and welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and she really goes the extra mile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The range of treatments she offers you don’t need to.

Beautiful little gem. Georgia is very professional and knowledgeable. Guided me through my appointment and advised different exercises at home to help resolve my issues. She also took the time to research my problem after I’d left the clinic and reported back with additional information to help me. 100% recommend

I had an appointment today with Georgia for a massage. I feel like a new woman now! My back was very tense before but now it’s so relaxed. Georgia was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me lots of really helpful advice. Georgia was very thorough and checked on me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. I 1000% recommend no limits sports therapy!!

Very experienced in sports therapy knowing how best to treat you and also rehab programs away from the clinic. I’m now on the road to recovery for the start of the football season for August. Thank you for all the advice to aid my progress

Abbie is a really talented nail artist, and I throughly recommend her and her salon. No design is too much, and the salon is calm and welcoming. I have been to many artists over the years, but I am so glad I discovered this gem.
