It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

I loved everything about my treatments from the comfort of the seat which is warm, to the blanket, the extra checking to make sure if everything is alright is top tier work. Claire was great as always, she is very professional and very friendly too. I have been to many salons and it's not always the best experience when it comes to waxing but with Claire, you cannot feel any pain. I would certainly recommend Claire anytime.

My first time at Radiance and had a great appointment with Jade who was really knowledgeable about electrolysis and Duetto laser for hair removal. Sophie did my makeup for a wedding and she was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She’s super friendly and made me feel completely at ease. This was my first time at The Workhouse and I got a little lost due to my maps taking me in the wrong direction. But as soon as I found the shop I was greeted warmly by Stacey waiting for me at the entry. Stacey is a very good beautician, it's always a risk when trying someone new out for waxing, but she made feel very comfortable even though I was full wolverine with my hairy self, she is efficient and thorough and a great chatter. of course waxing isn't always an enjoyable experience, but I was very happy with Stacey and she will definitely become my regular.

Fantastic deep tissue massage from Garry. I have a trigger point deep under my shoulder blade and he did a perfect job of releasing it. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and he is clearly very knowledgeable about the body and was able to answer my questions. I feel much better after my treatment.

Such a luxurious facial and massage experience - I feel thoroughly pampered, super relaxed, and loved every minute of these treatments. By far the best facial and massage experience I've had from any salon in the Folkestone/Cheriton area.

I have been going to Sophie for around 7/8 years now, initially for makeup, she has done my wedding and bridal party makeup, to today having Russian lashes & HD Brow comboo. I am NEVER disappointed with Sophie’s work, she is such a perfectionist and listens to what you want every time. The environment is so cozy and relaxing too, everything you want and need from your beautician . Thankyou for making me feel beautiful again ready for my birth of baby 🤍

I had a wonderful Rewind Ritual treatment with the lovely Kitty today. I hadn’t had a treatment like this before, but I was put at ease straightaway. Kitty explained the process from beginning through to aftercare perfectly so I knew exactly what to expect. My skin feels amazing and I can’t wait to go back for another treatment. Thank you Kitty!
