The place is very nice and accomodating. Ms. Yu is very professional. She is gentle and precise and is open to any queries regarding your piercing. My first cartilage piercing went smoothly thanks to her. Overall, a great experience with Project Stud!

Kelly is a fantastic piercer and hair stylist. So far she has pierced both my eyebrows, and my tongue, all 3 being painless, with excellent aftercare advice. Not my first piercings, but the only time I've not had issues after piercings. Kelly is also an amazing hair stylist, recently braiding my head hair, as well as my goatee beard, with some of my own Skull beads in place. She also makes you a cracking cuppa to sip while she works. Lovely lady and an amazing salon, really clean and professional setup, while still being comfortable and welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit!

Whole experience was great, I had my septum pierced and I couldn't be happier! I've had multiple piercings from Sarah and I will not go to anyone else for a piercing. She is amazing!

Dak and Ren took EXCELLENT care of me today; I shared that I'm on a new medication that affects my appetite, we all discussed what I'd eaten, and we were confident that I'd be okay, but agreed that open communication was a must. Throughout the appointment, Dak walked me through the process of getting my rook pierced (I'm not new to cartilage piercings); he made sure I was as comfortable as possible and worked quickly. After getting pierced + jewelry installed, I shared that I wasn't feeling well; Dak and Ren both made sure I was feeling okay before letting me leave the shop. 10/10 ⭐️

Gorgeous, friendly, wonderful staff. Talked my daughter through her much awaited first piercing, she has been asking since she was 3 years old to have her ears pierced and I managed to get her to compromise for her 6th birthday 🤣 I had my helix done at the same time, my first ever visit here and I won’t ever go anywhere else again what a lovely wholesome place 🥰

I got a piercing consultation and Keri was so knowledgeable and professional. She made sure everything I was interested in would fit in my piercings and even diagnosed two piercings I had done at other shops. Her advice is helping them heal already! I'll be back for sure!

Kyle definitely knows his stuff and takes the time to ensure that his clients leave well informed on after care and next steps. He helped me with a piercing done elsewhere and within a couple of days of swapping to his high quality jewelry, my irritation bump was gone! I even messaged him with a question for a friend who was having issues with a piercing done elsewhere and he took the time to respond and did so very promptly. He takes sanitation very seriously and offers great aftercare service. Will definitely be back to see him!

I consulted with Mandy on piercings I got elsewhere. One was migrating. She was so kind, sweet and resolved the issue without any pain. I appreciated that she also gave me tips to prevent the problem in future. I was worried about the fact I didn't do the piercing there but she was happy to help regardless.

Fantastic. Patient and professional and changed my stud over easily, then re pierced the other side (was initially pierced elsewhere) made sure the stud was fully through. They pay attention to detail and I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience at Piercing Day! E made the whole experience feel so much less intimidating. She patiently answered all of my questions and graciously showed us their entire jewelry collection without ever making us feel rushed. The procedure itself was quick, professional, and felt very safe. She explained every step of the process, which really helped put me at ease. The piercing pain was very manageable, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no stinging or throbbing afterward. Highly recommend, especially if it's your first!

She was so lovely (and funny) and talked through every step and also made sure I was happy with the size of my jewellery. She also noticed i had a claw clip in my hair and took the middle bit out of the seat head so i was more comfortable when I laid down. Will definitely book with her for my next piercing.

Great experience today with Lucy. She does all my piercings and I would not go anywhere else. My daughter is pretty nervous and twitchy whenever she has a piercing done, but Lucy got her through her nose piercing today with no issue, and she absolutely loves it! Thank you Lucy.

Martina was absolutely brilliant today when she pierced my daughter’s nose. My daughter has sensory difficulties and was understandably quite anxious, but Martina was so patient, calm and reassuring throughout. She took her time, explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed. The piercing was quick, professional and as stress-free as it could have been. This was easily the BEST piercing experience I’ve ever had. I was quite anxious because I’ve had multiple piercings with some not-great experiences, but Kadie was by far the kindest and most attentive piercer I’ve met. Kadie was reassuring, incredibly patient, and also had what I’d consider surgical precision and incredible attention to detail for the location of the piercing and worked with me to change piercing dot placement until we were both happy. The piercing itself was smooth, sterile, and as pain free as it could be. There is a beautiful selection of affordable 18/14K gold. Best place!

Aurelija is very professional and skilled piercer. My daughter had her nose and belly button pierced. Aurelija explained very carefully and clearly every single step of piercing as well as important details of aftercare. She was very gentle and caring. Moreover, she is a very kind and empathetic woman who provides a high standard of service. A booking process and communication are excellent; she answered all my questions by email within minutes. Aurelija's place is a very clean and safe place run with passion. Highly recommended!

I was greeted promptly and wonderfully upon entry to the store. Ran through everything quickly and efficiently. Marcus informed me that the piercing wasn’t going to be in the same spot as the other side due to my anatomy, checked to make sure I was still okay with getting the piercing done and made sure I was comfortable. Always love coming to this shop to get my piercings done :)
