This has helped me so much, I came to strengthen and aid my mobility and my help with my flexibility. I have an shoulder injury and Nastachia has worked out exercises to help with recovery and healing. It took 2 sessions and I don't have any headackes caused by the muscle in my shoulder into my neck anymore. I can move my arm and my shoulders look more aligned aswell. I am so happy and more then satisfied. She is also very kind and guides you perfectly through each exercise. Highly recommend. Bonus is the delicious tea after 😉

I’ve been struggling with lower back and hip pain for quite some time and needed advice and exercises to help rebuild muscle strength and improve balance. As a mum of four, maintaining core and pelvic stability is really important to me. During my appointment, I realised I’d forgotten to mention an old ankle injury when completing the online form — but Paul quickly picked up on a few issues that made everything click! It reminded me that I’d injured my ankle when I was 12. His attention to detail and understanding made such a difference.

Explanation step by step was helpful to understand and prepare for the feeling. The exercises to execute during the EMS were not to strenuous. The atmosphere in the establishment gives the gym feel without the big crowd, a relaxing feel.

I would highly recommend Lucy. She has been helping me with osteoarthritis in my back and hips, which has caused stiffness and reduced mobility. The treatment has been effective and well structured, with clear guidance on exercises and movement. She is very knowledgeable and professional, making the sessions straightforward and positive. I’ve noticed improvements in my range of motion and overall mobility from completing the exercises, and the deep tissue treatment during sessions has helped reduce stiffness and inflammation.

We both myself & my son can't thank Byron enough for the help he's given my son Kyle. Not long ago my son couldn't walk less than a 10 minute walk from the train station to Unit7 without getting out of breath having to sit down at least 4 to 5 times before arriving the gym. The present moment only 7 months forward my son yesterday smashed his session outside with Byron pushing Kyle to his limits till he had nothing left in the tank. Was totally in shock that my son did 5 sets different exercises one after the other in each set, the strength stamminer & confidence in my son thanks to Byron...

Un très beau moment de détente entre les mains de Justine ! Le soin du visage était à la fois agréable et profondément relaxant. Justine est douce, attentive et prend le temps de donner de précieux conseils adaptés à nos besoins. Le cadre est magnifique, calme et apaisant, ce qui permet de déconnecter pleinement! It was amazing and so was Yim! I had a few bigger issues so Yim concentrated on trigger pointing those areas to loosen up the area and gave me some exercises to do after to help with the ongoing management. Can’t wait til she’s back from holidays so I can go back for another visit .
