Gladys did a great job. She paid special attention to each section of the Gel Royal pedicure and I particularly enjoyed the massage, which didnt feel rushed. Music and some other noises in salon could be a bit softer for a more relaxing and high end experience but otherwise great.

They have changed my whole opinion and perspective about gel nails. Gel nails has never stuck to my nails but GIGIBELLA has always ensured I’ve never had to return with this problem.

A lovely new spot with the cutest décor and genuinely warm staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone greets you, and the personalised welcome sign at your station is such a sweet touch. My pedicure was honestly the best I’ve ever had, with incredible attention to detail and no rushing at all. My brow wax and tint were perfectly matched, and my gel manicure was beautifully done with lots of colours to choose from. Truly a 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Valdene is an absolutely fantastic nail technician. Her attention to detail is incredible, and every set of nails she creates is a little work of art. She always takes the time to make sure the design is perfect, and her creativity and skill really shine through in every appointment. My nails always look beautiful and last so well. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Herzel was great again.. enjoyed my gel nails and feet . Faye did my daughters jelly mani. She was not organized and kept walking around and getting things. Not professional, even though it was a child. There was a glitch with the system and Antoinette took over her feet. They both did a good job. Faye shud be more prepared next time.

Always love my experiences at Gigibella! Antionette was such a star with my Poly gel set! She ensured my nails were perfectly manicured and she was super gentle with my hands. Often found myself drifting off to sleep.

I had yet another great experience at BOA, however I went for the Royal gel toes and just feel that you pay for the extra TLC. The painting takes up a lot of time (which I understand because they paint beautifully) , but the scrub and massage seems to be rushed a little. Honestly I only choose the Royal gel toes for the scrub and massage. Maybe this appointment needs to be 5 or 10 minutes longer so that more time could be spent on the pampering.

Velisa was amazing! First time I've had my nails done EXACTLY how I want them! No bumpy acrylic, no outrageously thick nails due to too many layers of acrylic and gel. She is very very good at what she does! I will be seeing her again!

My initial manicure with Abigail only lasted two days when it started chipping. I informed the salon and they offered to redo the set. Kholeka redid it and she was amazing. She was so professional and even took time to explain how I should be looking after my nails and what to avoid. She’s brilliant and passionate about what she does.

I’ve been too Faith twice for my nice, she is absolutely excellent, her work is so neat and precise. my nails lasted so long and she has helped me keep them healthy and strong with rubber base and gel. i would highly recommend her! 10/10 🩷

Service was great. Shop is well fitted and looks welcoming and fresh. I think the hostess needs to be more familiar with the options available. She seemed a bit flustered when helping a walk in while I was in the store. I was happy with my nails and my feet gel...will definitely recommend the salon to my network .
