Lily had lovely customer service, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the design of the nails. She took extra care to make sure the shape was even, and went the extra mile to complete my request for a coloured French manicure (which had not previously been booked and instead decided at the time of appointment). Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and they pay so much attention to detail. My nails always come out looking perfect and last so well. Brylie knows the anatomy of nails, why my nails were damaged and explained in detail how the rehab would work … and it did. The end goal was to wean off gel nails, which was part of the repair process. I’m now back to my natural nails. Not out of the woods yet, but a milestone.
