Lily had lovely customer service, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the design of the nails. She took extra care to make sure the shape was even, and went the extra mile to complete my request for a coloured French manicure (which had not previously been booked and instead decided at the time of appointment). Had a fantastic experience with Sophia. Great attention to detail for my mani pedi. Treat yourself to the spa version - the choice of foot scrubs was really nice. I nearly fell asleep when I had my hand massage at the end of my manicure. Lucky to have this new local spot!

Brylie knows the anatomy of nails, why my nails were damaged and explained in detail how the rehab would work … and it did. The end goal was to wean off gel nails, which was part of the repair process. I’m now back to my natural nails. Not out of the woods yet, but a milestone. Very professional and friendly service at Unique Beauty & Nails! Fantastic, local, small business. Easy online booking system, competitive pricing and walk-ins are welcome too. Kim did my nails, builder gel refill and chrome - looks fabulous and she knew exactly what to do with the photos I showed her. Glad to find a new local nail salon to be loyal to, and will return.

I found the staff friendly, welcoming and professional. My manicure and pedicure were done in a way that I felt I had control Kim checked if I was comfortable checked the water temperature was okay and ensured I understood what I had booked for but as there was a change what I would pay for I enjoyed the quieter in hassled atmosphere of the salon I would highly recommend Unique Beauty and Nails
