Lily had lovely customer service, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the design of the nails. She took extra care to make sure the shape was even, and went the extra mile to complete my request for a coloured French manicure (which had not previously been booked and instead decided at the time of appointment). First time having soft gel. Yes it costs more and Yes it takes longer than standard nail salons.However it is so worth it!!!!! Love love my nails.

Wow!!! Hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. I was greeted by the owner Ann at the front desk with an genuinely warm welcome and showed me to my chair. Hanna who was lovely, did the most amazing job on my nails. With her incredible attention to detail they were perfect. She even showed me a couple of different colours along with Ann on my nails to make sure I'd be happy with the result. I've never has such great customer service or such quality work done on my nails before. This is definitely my new go to nail salon and I'll be telling friends and family to come here too 😍
