I visited the salon today for a pedicure and was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable and at ease as a tourist. Edeline assisted me during my visit and delivered an excellent service with great attention to detail. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend this salon to others. The foot scrub was incredible—so relaxing, and left my feet unbelievably soft. I booked the appointment for my wife. The pedicure and head massage was awesome. However this was soured by the 30 minute wait for the treatment to start. Appointment was for 11h00 . My wife arrived at 10h55. After waiting up until 11h30 she had to approach the staff to enquire about the appointment. There were three other clients. They were assisted before her, even though their appointments were scheduled for much later. Many thanks. We will return and hope for a better pre appointment treatment. Regards Vaughn

That was one of the best massages I got. The therapist is good just knows where the knots are and takes her time working on the problem areas. I also had foot reflexology which was so good. My feet felt so much lighter after that treatment. Again, the foot therapist was very good explaining all the areas of the foot and which organs it affects. The venue is very attractive and you feel at home when you walk in there. The staff is very helpful and friendly

This was my second visit at Rua Beauty and I love my nails, she takes her time to insure your nails are beautiful and uses good hygiene with her services. She was also super helpful in terms of getting what I wanted by ordering the colours to do the style I wanted done (Brown cat eye) aswell as tips to soften feet callouses. She was also super accommodating by asking every so often if I’d like something to drink and even offered me a snack since I was hungry and the shops around us were closed 🤣 Overall an amazing experience with great chats and gossip. Would 1000% recommend coming to Rua😇

I’ve never had a bad experience at Poise and Polish. My nail techs, Lindy and Linda, are honestly 10/10 — true professionals and easily the best in the business. My nails and feet are always looking flawless thanks to them. Highly recommend Poise and Polish! If you’re not going there… where are you even going? 💅✨
