I had the warm stone hair revival with a blow dry and curl. It’s was the best I’ve had in Bali, my hair feels so soft and isn’t frizzy. My sister had sensitive scalp treatment as she has really bad psoriasis, she said her hair and scalp feel amazing, the lady got all of it off her scalp. We both highly recommend this spa for your hair treatments.

The staff member, Ms. Dama, was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable! It was actually my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was quite nervous at first, but she really helped ease my nerves and made the whole experience much more comfortable. Wat een fantastische ervaring bij The Routine! Vanessa heeft mijn dochter Sophie voorzien van prachtige hardgelnagels met de allermooiste nailart. Ze werkt ontzettend nauwkeurig, neemt de tijd en heeft echt oog voor detail. Het resultaat is nog mooier geworden dan we hadden gehoopt! Vanessa is bovendien heel vriendelijk, professioneel en duidelijk enorm getalenteerd in haar vak. Sophie is ontzettend blij met haar nieuwe nagels en krijgt er heel veel complimenten over. Wir hatten 4 unterschiedliche Massagen und jede war super! Die Chefin und das Personal sind extrem freundlich und die Location ist super gepflegt. Man spürt die Freundlichkeit im Vordergrund und nicht den Willen ein Geschäft machen zu wollen. Wenn wir wieder nach Bali kommen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder 👍🏼

I found this place by recommendation of my family who had been to Bali. They were very impressive, and even they still remember their massages to this day. There's nothing more I can say, I highly recommend this place if you have any problems with your body. My back pain has gotten much better.

The girls were so sweet and my feet were a mess when I walked in and an hour later I am a new woman! I was so impressed with the quality of my pedicure and the expertise ! She was a whizz and worked flat out! My feet look gorgeous and I loved the matcha with cookie too.

I had such a lovely experience with Dian — truly one of the best I’ve ever had! She did my nails and pedicure beautifully, with so much care and attention to detail. You can really tell she takes pride in her work, and the results were absolutely perfect.
