Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit. xxx

Must be around six years I've been going here now - apart from a year during the pandemic. On the barber side (I have no experience of the tattoo side) they're all exceptional professionals and friendly with it. You can't go wrong with any of them really. I'm not a social animal but I've had some easy conversation there, football free to boot, thank the lord. It's hard to go somewhere else now. I live much further afield these days and still find myself travelling in. The appointment system is robust and accommodating/fair and prices reasonable for the service you get. Strong recommend.

Amazing! This was my first time at Empress Piercing, to get my coconuts (lol) pierced. Courtney made me feel so relaxed. We had a nice chat all the way through. She was really quick and professional and made it as simple and painless as possible. A rare visit to Cardiff - but I needed a hair cut! Read good things about ‘Keep the Faith’, so gave it a go. TJ was great. Friendly, took real care and listened to what I wanted. If I lived in Cardiff, I would be a regular based on this experience. Thanks.

In Cardiff for work and needed a haircut, booked in with Dan with just 24 hours notice and had the best buzz cut skin fade and beard trim I've had for ages. Friendly, good chat and listened to what I wanted. Will definitely be back when I'm next in Cardiff. Don't hesitate to book or call in if you're in Cardiff even if you're just visiting.
