I had my hair coloured by Summer today and am so pleased with the results. My hair feels refreshed, smooth, sleek, and in great condition, and the colour looks fantastic. This was an appointment for my daughter to have the keratin treatment, booked with Rosie. The results were fab, Rosie didn't rush, my daughter felt completely comfortable and end result was perfect. Redlocks has a lovely atmosphere and would highly recommend.

Julia is very good at her job I got to say, very pleased with how my hair looks now! I was a bit unsure at first, as having a money piece was something new for me. I wanted it to blend in nicely & she got that straight away! 5 stars! 🙂

This salon is totally chic but also very friendly. Josh is an amazing hairdresser and seems to know exactly how you want your hair. Prices are very reasonable for such an upmarket salon. Highly recommended.

Amazing 👏 Salon. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and a positive friendly vibe. Clean and professional. Clair owner and salon director was just amazing, such a lovely person and very very knowledgeable. She really took the time to listen to my hair story and plans and I felt like she really cared. Beautiful cappuccino even in the heatwave was a welcome birthday treat, with young summer supporting who was certainly a ray of sunshine. So pleased I have now found a salon that makes me smile 😃 thanks ladies.......

Just had my first ever keratin treatment with Michael. I am beyond happy with my hair! I’ve never had such smooth, frizz free hair! It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair, no more frizz and so much easier to manage. It is worth every penny!! Once again Michael has worked his magic. The best in the business!!! My first time at the salon today. It’s cosy, friendly & welcoming which felt good on a grisly rainy morning. I booked with Michael for a keratin smoothing treatment. He had answered a few of my questions beforehand over WhatsApp. Then in the salon he gave me a full consultation about the treatment and potential outcomes. It was very reassuring as I’ve never had a treatment like this before. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome. My hair feels so soft and silky. I can now face the winter months without frizzing each time I step out of the door! Thank you!

I’ve never had a keratin straightening before and it’s a game changer. Ruby is the best at what she does. My hair is naturally curly and every time I straighten it, it always frizzes. But now it’s amazing and feels so much healthier!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much xx

Michael has been doing my hair amazingly for over 2 years now. My latest visit I mentioned to him that my scalp has been sore, he got his microscope and had a look at my scalp for me, he noticed I could possibly have an infection, gave me the photos and told me to go straight to the pharmacist! I did so and they prescribed me a treatment shampoo and it’s immediately started helping! There is no ends to the knowledge this man has about hair and scalp health!! Can’t thank him enough, so helpful. You’re in safe hands with Michael I can assure you!!

Michael is an amazing hairdresser. I have long, thick, curly hair, and for years, I struggled to find someone who knew how to cut it in a way that worked with its natural shape and texture (so many stylists default to blunt cuts, which just don’t work for curls). I’ve been so impressed with how confidently and skillfully Michael layers my curls. He creates shape without adding bulk, volume without frizz, and movement without losing the length I love. Every cut I’ve had with him has been consistent, flattering, and easy to manage—even as the weeks go by. That’s rare to find. 100% recommend!

1st time of having skin tags removed. I was a little nervous but Hayley explained the process and definitely put me at ease. She also explained what she was doing throughout the skin tag removal whjch really helped. I booked in for my 2nd appt straight after!
