Hadn’t been for a while and my grey roots needed sorting. Rosie expertly blended my greys with my natural colour using low lights and highlights. My hair looks and feels great. Lovely coffee, biscuit and positivity sticker. Great atmosphere as always. Thank you and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ♥️

Maria ist fantastic! She is very kind, patient, helpful, she listens and gives sound advice. Oh, and she is really good at haircutting, too, and I always love my highlights! Actually, thinking about it, since I found her I am really happy and relaxed with my hair for the first time in my life (and I am almost 60!).

Absolutely amazing experience with Elise! I had a very drastic change with a restyle and highlights and she spent so much time making sure she got me exactly what I wanted and making me feel amazing! She was brilliant at her job and also a lovely person to chat with. All the other staff seemed lovely as well! I’m absolutely thrilled with my hair and will 10000% be back

I booked in for my hair to have a few highlights put through at gloss hair lounge,after very nearly cancelling as I suffer with anxiety I decided to just push myself and what’s the worse that can happen , I always imagined a hair salon being a bit of a bitchy atmosphere, I couldn’t be more wrong … I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a drink, I was taken to my seat and having my hair done by Alix. I was told the process throughout the whole time she was so kind and professional, I walked out not only with amazing hair but feeling like I had made new friends ❤️I will be back
