Charlie made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, chatty and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. She took the time to explain absolutely everything before, during and after the treatment including the filler itself, the numbing cream, aftercare, what to expect. I recently visited Stargaze Aesthetics in Stockport and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which helped as I was a bit nervous before my appointment. My therapist, Stephanie talked me through everything beforehand and explained exactly what she was going to do, so I felt comfortable the whole time. The treatment itself was good value compared with other places I’d looked at, and I was impressed with how thorough they were with aftercare. They explained what to do afterwards and even followed up to make sure everything was going well.

I had an excellent experience with my anti wrinkle treatment. From the initial consultation with Zoe to the procedure itself, everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. During the consultation Zoe took time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable. Another amazing treatment by Zoe! I wasn’t sure which treatment would give me the results I wanted, but she explained everything and recommended the best option. I was nervous, but she put me completely at ease and the treatment wasn’t painful at all. No bruising again, and my swelling went down within an hour, although I was advised it can take up to 48 hours. The clinic is spotless, and Zoe always double-cleans every surface. Professional, knowledgeable and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend Zoe x
