Getting my brows done by Jessica was the best decision ever! She is truly amazing at what she does. She takes the time to measure every inch of your brows and shows you multiple times before starting the procedure to ensure the shape and colour is perfect for you. Jessica is such a sweetheart and is so fun to talk to, she makes the experience enjoyable and always makes you feel comfortable. I love waking up in the morning with my brows already looking bomb! Jess is extremely amazing and talented! I came in with previous work done and had began my transformation with a removal. She’s super gentle and communicates clearly with you about what to expect and feel so you’re not in the dark. My mother-in-law is in her 60's and has very sparse eyebrows. She has been wanting to get her eyebrows done but she was so scared. I reached out to a dozen artists and Ashley was so accommodating and friendly. She answered all my messages and kept giving my mother-in-law breaks as she gets vertigo and has arthritis. I’m so happy with the exceptional service I received. I am a low maintenance girl and this is all new to me. I booked in for a brow lamination and after seeing my lack of brows and asking a bunch of questions I was recommended to try henna brow sculpture. It was exactly what I wanted when I didn’t know how or what to ask for. They were clean and respectful checking in with what I wanted all throughout the service. I will definitely be going back to keep up with my new look!

The experience was great! I arrived early and we were able to start early for both the lashes and eyebrow lamination. I was asked questions about my needs and was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you both for bringing my lashes and brows back to life in time for my conference. I could hear the other technicians speaking to their customers and everyone was thorough and genuine in caring for their clients. I look forward to my next visit.

Jessica is the best!! On top of being super nice and personable, she made my eyebrows look AMAZING. Before starting the tattooing process, she made sure that i was all satisfied with the mapping on my brows. She continuously asked if I was feeling okay during the tattooing process, and helped to make me feel comfortable from beginning to end. She is very fairly priced and I could not imagine trusting anyone else with my brows! She also is super thorough on the after care instructions and follows up in your healing process. Love her and her work and I highly recommend her for your brow artist!

I have been going to Ronda for at least a few years now. I started going initially for just my eyebrows to be waxed /tinted and then eventually started adding on other areas to future appointments. I can always book easily online and communicate my needs through the app. Bookings can easily be edited to add on something you might have forgotten if there is time in the schedule :). Ronda always leaves me feeling pampered and relaxed on my way out the door! I always look forward to my next appointment and appreciate how gentle and soothing her wax services are for my very sensitive skin! 5 Stars
