First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!

Laura was an absolute star⭐️. Laura had a last minute appointment which she let me know about when I put a frantic call out to get my colour done after being let down. What a breath of fresh air 😁 Laura didn’t know my hair but managed to work out exactly what I wanted from my ramblings. This young woman is an artist and colour is really her passion.
