Wow! What’s an amazing experience with Arlene. She really understands skin. I have asian skin and she has really helped my marks from acne as well help create plumper/clearer skin. Also I have a slight receding hairline on the left hand side of my forehead and her PRP facial has helped the regrowth. Highly recommend lady so much so you can feel the best version of yourself. Stacey was so lovely and kind even though I was running a bit late on the day. the pressure on the massage was fabulous and I felt so comfortable and relaxed during and after my massage, really enjoyed my facial and scalp massage too. Would definitely book in again (and will arrive on time) as this was the nicest massage I've had. Also really liked the music too as it was a little different from the normal "spa" music Megan

My massage and facial were wonderful and my therapist (Lauren I think?) was lovely. The afternoon tea was ok quality, although the atmosphere was odd for the time of day - very dark with neon lighting and loud music! There also appeared to be some kind of staff review meeting going on a couple of tables over from us which was a little awkward!

Sharon is warm welcoming and overall lovely, I loved my hydration facial and dermal planning made my skin fresher clearer, all the different steps made my skin feel amazing, was a luxiours treatment 🤩
