I can be quite critical in life, I suspect it’s probably because I have high expectations! But whenever I come to The Box you always not only meet my expectations but you go above and beyond, this could be one of my favourite haircuts I’ve ever had!! I’m leaving London soon, so if this is to be my last haircut in London for a while, then what a haircut to go out on ☺️✌🏻 thank you so much The Box and thank you so much Tereze! Comfortable environment, friendly staffs, professional haircut and styling services. I'm from Hong Kong and It's my first haircut in London. Before I'm a bit worried Asian hairstyle is a bit tricky for barbers here to handle, but Charlie had nailed it and I'm super happy with it.

I just got my locs retwisted, and I’m super happy with how they turned out! My stylist was amazing, and my locs look fresh and neat. She also added a head massage to the service, which was such a nice surprise,it felt so good and really added something special to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a great retwist and a little extra relaxation, I highly recommend giving this new service a try!

Great staff who looked after me from the moment I walked in to when they finished doing my hair. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking to twist their hair, start growing dreads or for those who’s dreads are nearly at their feet. Very skilled specialist who can take care of your every need

Amazing! My haircut is always fantastic. Junior is the master skin fade Guru; who is always thoughtful and meticulous with my haircut. The shop and the other barbers at the Crystal Palace location are always positive, bring good conversation and make you feel welcomes and part of the crew. 10 out of 10 my favourite barbers in London hands down
