I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

This was my third micro needling session with Kush and was another amazing facial. He started with a deep cleanse and enzyme peel with deep tissue facial massage, then the microneedling which was super relaxing - no pain at all! I had my first microneedling treatment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nadia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and answered all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. A special mention also to Mohammed on reception (I believe that was his name), who was friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
