Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

The best aesthetic salon in London! Whether it’s Lashes, facials, Botox or Laser, Late Night beauty salon does it and does it well. All the staff are welcoming and professional. The two neighbouring sites are decorated to a high standard and maintained consistently. I will never go anywhere else!

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

I had such a good time at my appointment with Victoria today! ❤️ I had both a mani and a pedi and, let me tell you, this was the BEST manicure and pedicure I ever had in London, since I have moved here almost 6 years ago. Victoria is not only very professional, careful and attentive, but she also has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Marie was great! She suggested the best option which can solve my issue. Although she does not provide the treatment suitable to solve my concern she gave me advice where to go and seek assistance next. I decided to try micro-needling for the first time and looking forward to see the effects. Although my issue needs a different treatment for dramatic effect, i tried microneedling as an experience with Marie. So far, so good:) I would recommend her!

This is my second time having dermaplaning and micro needling with Natalie. The treatment and results are great but it’s also all the other little things that Natalie does which truly makes it a non-negotiable. The cooling face mask, the ice globes and the hand massage are so relaxing and luxurious. I step out feeling like a new woman aesthetically and mentally! She is obviously knowledgeable and passionate, explaining why she is doing everything. Would again recommend and return!
