I had a lovely day at the salon ,while doing my hair i felt no pain,my hair was braided nicely and I am really happy with the service I have received,I totally recommended Nappy boutique,I will definitely go back ,the girls are nice and welcoming ,they also listen to you and advice and cater to your needs well.

The best experience I've ever had with getting my hair cut & Coloured. Solomon completely understood my hair and explained everything and honestly it has NEVER looked so good. Plus the salon itself and everyone in there are just lovely. definitely go there, I could not recommend enough.

Nicole is just the most amazing hairdresser… leave 100% happy and feeling fab every time. The whole team are welcoming and friendly… the salon is beautifully styled…high end care in little new cross. Very much highly recommend 🙌🏻🥰🙌🏻

Been going to Nigel for years. He knows exactly how to deal with my hair. I get top quality service and a haircut that looks like it should have cost a lot more. The salon has adapted well to Covid restrictions, so you feel safe having your hair cut there.

Oz does an amazing job with colour and gives loads of advice on how to take care of your hair between sessions. Her salon is off the beaten path but don't let this deter you. You will not be disappointed by her creative and professional service!

very polite and friendly salon, Ed the hairdresser listened to what I needed as I'd neglected my hair recently. He gave me options and advice and did a good job of colouring, a great rescue for my holiday, I left feeling happy and good to go. I have very rudely forgot the juniors name but he too was polite, and thoughtful and offered drinks during my visit, would definitely recommend and will return when I'm back from my holidays. Thank you for a good service and helping me not feel embarrassed about my mop of hair.

This was hands-down my best first-time experience at a salon. Sylvia is most personable and professional whilst knowing her craft to the T. She talked me through my hair history (previously permed and over-treated) and we arrived at the best way forward to transition to my natural texture beginning today. I left feeling very satisfied with my keratin treatment. Fresh needs a love button added for Sylvia specifically. Thanks again for staying overtime for me! First visit to this salon run by Nancy & Tami following a friend’s recommendation. Wash, retwist and style of medium length locs. Super friendly team clearly passionate about natural hair care. Great at responding to queries via phone & WhatsApp. Excellent customer service-on a busy Saturday they fitted me in when I was running late. Offered a choice of drinks, pleasant waiting area, varied background music creates a relaxed vibe. Hope Nancy & Tami will maintain & surpass these standards as they undoubtedly get busier. Based on this initial visit, would go back & would recommend to others!

Jason did a great job colouring cutting and styling my hair, with such flare, I love it! I always get a good result when I go to this salon. It is pricey but you get good results from skilled hair stylists, so once in a while it's worth it! Thank you!

It was my first time going to this salon and I’m definitely coming back! It’s got such a cosy vibe and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I had a wash, cut and blow dry as well as balayage and a hair treatment. I was seen by Anna, she really listened to what I wanted and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll be back soon :)

Oz was really lovely, took time to understand my poor neglected hair and my hopes the MIA curl could be revived after my lockdown hacking. She was also great with my sensitive scalp and picked gentle products to minimise the risk of a flare up. I came away feeling like she really listened and with a lovely cut; and a plan for the next visit too. I also love her vision for making the salon a vibrant, community focused space and will come along to the Makers Market to support local creatives. Exciting!
