I’ve been visiting Jay for several months now both for deep tissue and Swedish massage and she is incredibly skilled at finding all the knotty bits and make me feel much more relaxed! Will definitely keep up my monthly visits as it’s made a huge difference to my overall wellbeing

The most incredible massage. I was in so much pain with my neck and back and after the massage with Jay I feel like a new person. Amazing! Somehow Jay manages to get rid of all the knots, tightness and aches, but at the same time the most relaxing massage ever. Always feel a hundred percent better after and gutted when it’s over 😊

I have just had my 3rd massage with Jay at Sage Massage in Wilmslow. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. This creates a relaxed and calming atmosphere to unwind. Jay is very experienced in provided a first class massage. Jay is extremely professional and friendly and discusses what you require from the massage. I book a 90 minute Swedish Massage. I work in a job which causing tightness in my shoulders and back. Jay gets to work on the knots and by the end of the massage, I feel refreshed, relaxed with no tightness. I would 100% recommend Jay at Sage Massage for a quality massage.

I can fully recommend Jay as a massage therapist, as someone who gets a lot of massages, I think she’s the best in Wilmslow. Jay has a calming energy, so she sets the tone from the moment you enter the premises. The would highly recommend.
