Experience was good , I would say it was a bit rough …. When they push back the Cuticles on toes. Massage was lovely. I must say Boa needs a deep clean it’s starting to look run down and dirty 🫤 the nail color books are full of dark hand marks , and the chairs are stained and dirty. The nail treatment and quality is great but to keep up with the standard I would say a deep clean and revamped furniture is needed. It’s not good when the client starts to question the sanitary of their experience.

I had a lymphatic massage at Azraas Wellness today and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so professional. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing yet effective — I could feel the difference in my body almost immediately. I had my nails done on 27 May. During the appointment, I noticed the UV lamp was weak and mentioned to the nail technician that the set might not last, asking if the lamp could be changed. It was only replaced after I raised the concern. On 3 June, one nail broke. As I was taking my niece for her appointment on 5 June, I asked for a repair but was told I had to pay as it was beyond the 7-day policy. Amazing, therapeutic and relaxing experience with the wonderful Azraa. Love the space and the treatment. Her healing hands always does wonders to help reduce my pain. I have stage 4 endometriosis and need many different types of treatments to manage, which include, regular wet cupping and reflexology coupled with carefully selected supplements provided by Azraa. Yesterday I tried the laser lipolysis for my tummy and neck and I am so looking forward to results of that session! Here's to the continued journey and finding alternative ways to heal inshallah.
