This was my 1st time going to the Healing Head Spa. You get a scalp analysis then you are escorted to the room. It was very relaxing & peaceful. I got the head, neck, shoulders, arms & hands massage - the pressure was right on point. I caught myself falling asleep. I had a slight headache but was gone when I was done. I like that I was in a private room & not w/a bunch of other folks. My scalp & hair felt great afterwards. I will definitely go back.

The Japanese Head Spa was amazing. The massage and thorough scalp cleaning left my hair incredibly soft. The massage and foot reflexology was out of this world. Amy hit spots i didn't know existed and worked all the knots out of my back. I highly recommend!

My friend and I treated ourselves to some self care and boy was it a treat indeed. When we arrived they did a quick scalp analysis. We were taken to a cozy room for two where had an hour long healing head extravaganza. Shampoo, conditioner, massage, brushing, etc etc. It was lovely. I would highly recommend.

We had the Japanese head spa for two and it was amazing! We got a lot of attention on our scalp and even a shoulder and arm massage. It really helped with any dandruff and buildup and it was very relaxing and refreshing. Will definitely be back!!

My cousin and I were booked for the 45 minute mini head spa experience and we were both absolutely transported into relaxation and rejuvenation! The massage therapists are highly skilled and attentive to your comfort and needs. If I win the lottery I’ll be there every Friday night!!

The best experience I have ever had!! The massage was the perfect level of pressure. The water was the perfect temperature. I have an old scalp injury that caused a dip in my skull and I have pain when brushing my own hair. NEVER had any pain during this experience and I was concerned I would not be able to enjoy it. I was so wrong. It was so relaxing and we plan to make it a monthly booking! I highly recommend going here.

Had an appointment for a Mother and daughter day. It was wonderful.I thought it was just a scalp massage. Nope, it included, shoulder, upper back, arm and a tiny bit of leg massage!! I would def do it again!

The treatment was so soothing that I actually dozed off a few times – a true testament to how deeply relaxing it was. I’d highly recommend this to anyone, whether you’re new to head spas or a seasoned spa-goer. As someone with curly hair, I did need to restyle it slightly afterward, but that’s a small trade-off for such a rejuvenating experience. I have had many massages throughout my life and I can count on one hand how many establishments have stood out above the rest. One is in New York, one is in Seattle and now, Royalty Massage Spa in Dallas has made the list. In my opinion a great (or in this case the BEST) massage is much more than just the right pressure, smooth motion and the ability to read your body like a map. It comes down to the masseuse actually caring about the person on their table and that starts with the person they are at their core. Amy is such a person, a beautiful being rooted in kindness. Best massage EVER!!

Dana is incredible. I woke up in a great deal of pain and it’s almost completely gone now. She does a phenomenal job every time. She listens, and takes your different preferences into account; she’s also very empathetic and can sense/ feel where all the tension is. As long as I live here, I’m going to her every time.
