5/5 Stars – Pure Bliss! My head spa treatment with Heather was incredible! From start to finish, she made me feel completely relaxed. The deep scalp cleanse, warm steam, and amazing head massage melted away all my stress and tension. I left with a thoroughly refreshed scalp, super soft hair, and a total sense of calm. Will definitely be back soon.

First treatment with Mhairi today. I went in with an acute headache, we discussed what may be helpful and then she went to work. Focussed on problem areas and really helped to relieve tension, giving me much needed relief from my sore head! Thank you Mhairi.

I didn’t realise how much I needed some “me” time. Rooms lovely and cosy . The 90 mins is bliss! Debbie had a friendly warm approach . Loved my Indian head and reflexology. Can’t wait for to try the lymphatic drainage .

Ive been coming to kirsty's sound baths, reiki and yoga for a wee while now and ive Recently had a 1:1 with kirsty too. This woman has changed my life, she has not only been one of the nicest person I have met but she makes you feel so welcomed and relaxed. I feel alot calmer in my mind body and spirit. Our 1:1 was reiki, Indian head massage with sound and WOW. The Indian head massage was amazing, I have a sensory thing with my head being touched but she instantly made me feel at ease before we started. It was absolutely amazing and sooooo relaxing. Will definitely be booking in for more 💛💚

I booked in for a 1 hour sports massage session where I went in with a lot of tightness and tension in my shoulders and calves and I could feel such a difference afterwards. The treatment was tailored specifically to the areas causing discomfort and really helped release built-up tension. Professional, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I left feeling lighter, looser and much more mobile. Highly recommend to anyone needing relief from muscle tightness

I had a very relaxing experience as always, I had a steam burn on my hand/fingers from the night before my appointment and was a bit worried but when I mentioned it I was put at ease and actually felt much better after my treatment.
