I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was really firm whilst also relaxing. I had lots of knots and she really focused on those areas so I feel alot looser now. I then had a facial from Irene who was amazing, my face looks so much more plump and a completely different shape to as I came in. My skin was visibly cleaner. Thanks so much to both

Amazing facial and massage. An hour and a half was too long for me and I did have neck ache from lying in the same position for so long - next time an hour would be perfect.

Wow. The sculptural face lift and intraoral massage was like nothing I’ve experienced before. Angela was fantastic and deserves all the praise and money, she was so good at explaining the steps of the facial and the pressure she applied was perfect - she worked so hard which I really appreciate. I can’t wait to book again. Amazing.

Lovely massage for a new mama! Tinica was very gentle and gave me a very relaxing massage and facial, which were both much much needed. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I’d highly recommend her!

My facial with Esme was just amazing, my skin feels so smooth and plumped. I had the bespoke facial and I cannot recommend it enough, it's the perfect treatment to boost your skin and relax at the same time with the head and foot massage. Esme has a very calming presence and her massage was one of the best I had since long time! I will be back soon :)

Love trying out all facials with Ruth, who is fabulous at all I have had so far! This was so relaxing and my skin feels great. The neck massage was amazing and the infrared was the cherry on the top. I had the facial and full body massage. Overall good, especially the facial. I loved the smell of the products used and felt very relaxed afterwards. The massage was good but a very light touch compared to others I previously had. No neck and head massage, which is a shame as the head massage is one of my favourite ones. The full body massages I have had in the past also included the waist, stomach, glutes, but not this time, which was ok, I understand this might be to avoid some customers feeling uncomfortable but it could be an option to opt out. I really missed the head massage though
