I had a sports massage with Ella and she was really welcoming and friendly. She explained everything really well throughout and explained why I was getting the injuries/all the joint problems. I can’t say enough about my experience at KF Sports massage. Kim is very professional and knows exactly how to sort my shoulder problem out. The results regarding the amount of movement that Kim managed to get back into my shoulder and arm were instant. I would highly recommend Kim to anybody. Very pleased with my progress to date.😀👍

Professional. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. All of this Kim embodies with ease, whilst putting you at ease. Went in needing a lot of work, and came out feeling a lot better - Kim takes all problems in her stride, adapts to any individual problems and does it all whilst making you laugh, helping you through the (much needed) treatment and somehow making you forget all about the fact that she has her elbow digging out the knots in your shoulder! 10/10

First visit and absolutely brilliant, recommend exercises to help with flexibility and help with my legs.

Couldn’t recommend enough. Went to Kim after an accident and could hardly walk 10/15 minutes without my back tightening up and being incredibly painful. After about 4/5 sessions I’m at a stage now where I’m relatively pain free and still book in regularly. Always answering any questions I’ve got as well. Highly highly recommend
