I had a sports massage with Ella and she was really welcoming and friendly. She explained everything really well throughout and explained why I was getting the injuries/all the joint problems. I felt like the massage really helped my muscle injuries and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend going to here :)

Always a good experience! Charlotte is friendly, approachable and I always leave every single session feeling better than when I walked in. Training in combat sports I naturally pick up a lot of injuries that slowly start to add up, but I always feel brand new after an appointment here!

Very good sports massage ironing out some very tight muscles after a week in the mountains.

Excellent sports massage releasing various over used areas. Feeling looser and more mobile

It was great to get back to JL for a much needed Sports massage. I have been away a couple of months and neglected some muscle injuries. 60 minutes massage and I feel fantastic and will be back again very soon to make sure I keep on top of any injuries. Excellent service at a very fair price.
