Tracy knows ‘her stuff’. I couldn’t be without her. I suffer with joint and back issues and go to her for reflexology and for back massage, every 6 weeks without fail. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

She takes the time to understand your needs, and tailor the appointment to each individual client. I came to see her with really tense and aching shoulders and with a lot of stress and walked out feeling amazing! Tracy really is THE BEST! She is so passionate about what she does and cares about helping people. She is one of the kindest people I know and not only gives you a wonderfully relaxing treatment each time, but she also gives you time and listens to your needs. I have a lot of health issues and have been having regular massages now (with various people) for 18 years and have moved about a bit and I can honestly say that Tracy is the best person I have ever been to and I would highly recommend her. You will come away feeling like a new person.
