Another absolutely fabulous session with Giovanna! Second Reflexology & Reiki treatment this evening and I feel so much better already. Dealing with chronic stress, pain, fatigue and stomach issues that have not been helped much medically. Sarah's attention to detail and her genuine care for her clients made the experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a reflexology session.

Louise has created a little haven of relaxation and tranquility! I've been for reflexology and massages and cannot speak highly enough of how great they were. From the moment you arrive, her little studio smells incredible to the moment your done with an Elderflower water, she really does go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed. I brought my Daughter to Kirsty for reflexology due to her having migraines. As soon as we got there Ella was acting shy and straight away Kirsty made her feel at ease just chatting to her and talked her through what would be happening at the appointment. The whole experience for Ella was amazing she was the most relaxed I’ve ever seen her she absolutely loved it and as soon as we left she asked when can she go back. We will definitely be booking again. Very highly recommended x

Absolutely wonderful! I had reflexology and a full body massage followed with an hour in the spa facilities. Both treatments were excellent and I felt as light as a feather after which can only be a good thing. I fully recommend Bells Nirvana!

Lesley is magic at reflexology. Perfect amount of pressure in the most comfortable little surroundings so cosy and relaxing in the winter. You can completely switch off and come out feeling like your feet are floating. Fantastic service finished off with a warm cup of herbal tea. Couldn't recommend more.
