My session with Kirsty was just heavenly from start to finish. I felt at ease straight away and throughout, I was comfortable and felt held. I am still feeling the positive effects of the reiki several days later. It was wonderful and just what I needed. I can't wait to book in with her again. 

Kirsty was so welcoming. My massage and reflexology were amazing. I was so relaxed at one point I needed to remind myself to breath and definitely was asleep at one point.

Kirsty  creates a cosy, warm  and friendly environment with relaxing music . You feel.completely at ease. I had a back neck and shoulder massage and it really eased my tense and aching neck and back muscles. A really lovely experience..Have booked another session and can't wait 😊

I had such a lovely experience in Kirsty’s beautiful cabin for reflexology; Kirsty is so friendly & welcoming from the moment you enter, she took time talk through a detailed consultation with beautiful herbal tea to help me zen from I came in. I had a lovely foot scrub followed by reflexology treatment. Treatment was amazing!! 10/10 would highly recommend & I slept like a baby after that evening 🤍

Deluxe Reflexology

Spring is in the air. I welcome you to get cosy on the heated bed, where your relaxing and rejuvenating journey begins with dry body brushing of the back (which can remove dead skin cells and toxins, in addition to boosting circulation and promoting lymphatic drainage) followed by a hot towel cleanse of the back. 

You will then have a gentle and relaxing head, neck, back and shoulder massage, using a signature spring time essential oil blend to invigorate your senses and brighten your mood. 

Finally unwind with a deeply relaxing and restorative reflexology treatment, bringing the whole body, mind and soul into balance.

Mini reflexology session tailored to needs of Baba- to help relieve symptoms such as colic, reflux, constipation, teething and to aid sleep. Techniques will be taught to Mama so that you/and your partner can help to comfort and soothe your baby at home. 

Suitable from birth following vaginal delivery, Suitable from 6 weeks post caesarean section and providing you have had a good recovery.

Please allow 1.5 - 2 hours for treatment 

* If you have had a caesarean section and Baba is experiencing symptoms of reflux, colic, constipation etc. in the first 6 weeks please contact me directly for advice or to book an appointment for Baba.

Mama & Baba Postnatal Wellbeing Session
