A signature Swedish Back Massage to help promote muscle relaxation and improve muscle tension. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue but can also help loosen up any tight muscles caused by daily activities such as work and exercise.

Indian Head Massage 

This is a fantastic rejuvenating treatment that can help alleviate aches and pains from overworked, overused muscles in the back, neck and shoulders. Added is the therapeutic benefit of essential oils, the aroma will transport you to the far east and the oils chosen provide benefit for lymphatic drainage, muscle tension and deep relaxation.

Pregnancy Reflexology is one of the safest and most gentle treatments to support you and your baby during pregnancy. The therapy is available from conception to birth to support you during each trimester and minimize any symptoms or discomfort that may be present. This 75 minute reflexology treatment will focus on the reproductive reflexes and acupressure points combined with a blend of essential oils to help encourage your body into labour naturally.  

Priming for Labour Reflexology (38-40 weeks)

To begin this treatment warm scented linen is wrapped around you to help calm the nervous system, soften tissues and reduce tension. After some deep breathing techniques we will start with a full body massage which includes face and scalp massage using a combination of massage techniques to help ease those muscle aches which are common after childbirth.
After the massage is complete you will be wrapped up to maintain warmth to allow your skin to absorb the oils which will help with any dryness, looseness or acne which can occur through hormonal shifts. 
To finish off this wellness package you will receive a full Reflexology treatment to help balance hormones, reduce feelings of stress and anxiousness, boost moods and improve your overall well-being.

This combination treatment begins with a 60 minute Reflexology and continues with a 30 minute Reiki session to complete the treatment. This will bring a relaxing approach to treating mental and physical imbalances such as stress & anxiety.

Reflexology & Reiki Treatment 

Ear Candling involves inserting a long cylindrical candle into the ear and lighting the other end (Naked Flame). Heat produced from the candle helps draw out the ear wax and other debris which may be present in the ear canal. This with a pressure point facial massage can help with simmers ear, ear infections, plugged ears, relieving tinnitus, sinus pains and pressure, headaches and removing excess wax build up.
