This treatment begins with a warm up on the back and then focusing on shoulders, neck and head. Acupressure and Ayurvedic Marma points are stimulated to create balance within the mind and body. This treatment is beneficial for those that suffer with sinus issues, headaches and migraines. 

Indian Head Massage 

This is a fantastic rejuvenating treatment that can help alleviate aches and pains from overworked, overused muscles in the back, neck and shoulders. Deep heat involves the use of hot stones and massage techniques that use deep pressure, slow strokes and notable pressure to help release tension and tightness held in the muscles and connective tissues.

Balinese Massage is a deeply therapeutic massage where the body is stretched, and Shiatsu points worked to open the energy body then a HALF BODY massage (legs & back) using traditional Balinese massage techniques. (Long, slow and sometimes deep)
Added is the therapeutic benefit of essential oils, the aroma will transport you to the far east and the oils chosen provide benefit for lymphatic drainage, muscle tension and deep relaxation.

Pregnancy Reflexology is one of the safest and most gentle treatments to support you and your baby during pregnancy. The therapy is available from conception to birth to support you during each trimester and minimize any symptoms or discomfort that may be present. Through helping both mother and baby to relax, this can promote bonding and breastfeeding.

This 75 minute reflexology treatment will focus on the reproductive reflexes and acupressure points combined with a blend of essential oils to help encourage your body into labour naturally.  

Priming for Labour Reflexology (38-40 weeks)

Mother Nurture Pregnancy Package

Soothe pregnancy aches and pains with a relaxing full body massage, followed by a reflexology treatment to help ease common pregnancy symptoms and calm the mind. The perfect treat for mother and baby. 
You will be in side lying for the most part of the massage supported with lots of pillows. This is the most comfortable and safest position for message during pregnancy.

To begin this treatment warm scented linen is wrapped around you to help calm the nervous system, soften tissues and reduce tension. After some deep breathing techniques we will start with a full body massage which includes face and scalp massage using a combination of massage techniques to help ease those muscle aches which are common after childbirth.
After the massage is complete you will be wrapped up to maintain warmth to allow your skin to absorb the oils which will help with any dryness, looseness or acne which can occur through hormonal shifts. 
To finish off this wellness package you will receive a full Reflexology treatment to help balance hormones, reduce feelings of stress and anxiousness, boost moods and improve your overall well-being.

This treatment is primarily the back of the legs, back, neck & shoulders as this is the areas of the body with the most tension but can be switched up to different areas depending on your needs. This will be of  great benefit both physically and psychologically to the body.

This combination treatment begins with a 60 minute Reflexology and continues with a 30 minute Reiki session to complete the treatment. This will bring a relaxing approach to treating mental and physical imbalances such as stress & anxiety.

Reflexology & Reiki Treatment 

Ear Candling involves inserting a long cylindrical candle into the ear and lighting the other end (Naked Flame). Heat produced from the candle helps draw out the ear wax and other debris which may be present in the ear canal. This with a pressure point facial massage can help with simmers ear, ear infections, plugged ears, relieving tinnitus, sinus pains and pressure, headaches and removing excess wax build up.
