Focusing on the shoulders, neck, face and scalp, acupressure points are stimulated to create balance within the mind and body. I combine the usual indian head massage with bioenergetic and Traditional Chinese Medicine points to work on meridians helping to ease tension and promoting energy flow.

Bioenergetic Indian head massage

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy designed to bring the body into balance, and encourage the body to heal itself. Massage is combined with gentle pressure applied to various reflex points on the feet – these points mirror/reflect the organs and structures of the body, and the person’s emotional health. A relaxing approach to treating mental and physical imbalances.

Reflexology

This treatment combines the power of Reiki, universal vital energy, with the healing vibration of the crystals allowing the person to receive healing and bringing her/his chakra back into balance, promoting a sense of deep relaxation, letting go, grounding and peace.
Crystals can be chosen by their composition, their colour, their healing power or element that resonate with our chakra: earth, fire, water, wind and storm.
The healing vibrations of the crystals and the therapist work will bring your cells to vibrate and resonate to promote grounding, inner strength, balance and relax.

This package combines mental Reiki with reflexology.
The Reiki practice acts in particular where there are deficiencies and imbalances, on the physical level in case of illness, on the mental, emotional and evolutionary level of the treated person. Mental treatment is carried out by the laying of hands on your head to help create space and peace. It is suggested in case of stress, anxiety, panic attack, foggy mind, overthinking mind, emotional pain.

The treatment is composed of gentle, deep and effective techniques, useful for getting to know ourselves, rediscovering our vital energy, achieving and maintaining a good overall balance and an optimal level of health. It is particularly suggested in cases of insomnia, stress, anxiety, fibromyalgia, emotional blocks, trauma.
Please note that this is the full body relaxing massage, there is no talking therapy in this session.
