Mylissa helped do wedding hair and makeup for my bridal party and me. She was awesome from the start. We did a trial together and talked through the logistics of the day. She is very laid back and chill which helped me to relax a little bit during the stresses of wedding planning. She helped turned my vision into the perfect wedding look. Mylissa and two other stylists/makeup artists came to the house and did hair and makeup for thirteen people total. I had a really nice experience overall. The owner and the hairdresser were both incredibly kind and accommodating. They created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out! They did a beautiful job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the makeup wasn’t quite what I asked for. I requested a very natural look, but it ended up being much heavier than I wanted and I had to redo it. That said, their kindness and the positive energy in the salon really stood out, and I truly appreciated how welcoming they were.

Excellent experience! This was my first time getting lashes and I was very nervous about the final look. It was better than expected. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I will be a regular customer.

Nadi is always wonderful. My lashes look great! The customer next to me was one the phone for over 15 minutes. She should have conducted the conversation in another area to avoid disturbing other customers.

I’m so pleased with the intention and care that was given to my nails. I really appreciate the clean environment and professionalism exhibited by all personnel. Sima is truly in a league of her own! After a disastrous experience with another artist while traveling, I came to Sima to fix the damage, and she did not disappoint. She is a true master of her craft. Beyond her incredible talent, her warm personality makes every appointment a joy. I’ve officially learned my lesson: no one else is touching my lashes or brows again. I’ve already secured my 3-week refill to make sure I’m always taken care of!

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well. I definitely recommend Karina and will continue going back to her for all my hair needs :)

Trina and her team are FANTASTIC!!! They arrived on time, set up & got right to work making me feel special, pampered and most importantly BEAUTIFUL for my wedding! From booking to services the day of, I could not have asked for a better experience. Trina and her team are talented, kind, take feedback well and will go through a wall to make you look and feel AMAZING for your event. MLG salon is the best salon ever!!! I always leave the salon feeling amazing and I’m more confident then ever! I go to Mylissa for hair extensions and a weekly blowout which I always look forward to, to start my week! She is so funny and kind and puts you first! Her products that she uses are amazing my hair feels so good afterwards I had to start buying them! Which is no problem because she sells them right in the salon! Overall Mylissa is amazing and I will continue to go back!
