Nadi is always wonderful. My lashes look great! The customer next to me was one the phone for over 15 minutes. She should have conducted the conversation in another area to avoid disturbing other customers.

Sima is truly in a league of her own! After a disastrous experience with another artist while traveling, I came to Sima to fix the damage, and she did not disappoint. Lara did an amazing job with my mascara lash extensions!! She listened to my concerns with my eye shape and the kind of look I wanted- and executed beautifully!! I have downturned eyes and she totally made them look like doll eyes. Seriously so obsessed with the outcome.

As always the service was great and has always been good which is why I return. However, I just want to say, when you are being serviced and your technician and fellow employees are speaking in their native tongue (which you can't understand) and they are laughing it becomes an uncomfortable environment for the client.

After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. Just had my 6 week touch up nanobrows with Sima. I have had my eyebrows microbladed a few times before but nothing has compared to the nanobrows Sima has done. She took her time and was extremely precise, overall did an excellent job and my eyebrows have never looked better.
