Nadi is always wonderful. My lashes look great! The customer next to me was one the phone for over 15 minutes. She should have conducted the conversation in another area to avoid disturbing other customers.

After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well. Trina and her team are FANTASTIC!!! They arrived on time, set up & got right to work making me feel special, pampered and most importantly BEAUTIFUL for my wedding! From booking to services the day of, I could not have asked for a better experience.
