Brenda is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her every second week for the past two years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She always makes me feel comfortable and completely at home. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Service was fine. I had a Gel manicure application. Both my thumb nail polish is thick and has small particles in it. I am going for Gel pedicure tomorrow, so will ask if it can be soaked off and reapplied again. The technician who did my Gel manicure the previous time, did a better application. Thank you.

Shelley’s attention to detail was phenomenal. My cuticles were prepped perfectly so my nails will last as long as possible. As a skin/nail picker, I really appreciated that she made sure there were absolutely no rough or bothersome bits on my nails that would entice me to pick at the polish or my cuticles. 10/10 would recommend! I can’t wait to go back 💜
